Affiliate Terms

Only people who have bought a TWS course can be affiliates.

You must be at least 18 years old. There is nothing to register on our site. These terms apply to you as soon as you turn on your link in your course account and share it.

You earn 20% of what your friend paid for the course, not counting GST, for each sale made through your link. After 25 kept sales you earn 25% of that amount instead. The course site pays this commission to you. The amounts published at twsgurukulx.com/affiliates show the full price of each course as an example.

• Your commission is worked out on what your friend actually paid, not counting GST. If your friend pays less because of a discount or coupon, your commission is lower. We give the buyer no bonus for using your link.
• Lifetime linking is on. If a friend comes through your link, their later purchases of the four courses in the published rate table also count for you, at the published rate. Lifetime linking lasts only while the program and your account are active.
• Purchases of any other offer never earn commission. This includes the Hitpoint Live Club, the Algo Activation Kit and any future offer. Hitpoint Live purchases never earn commission.
• You earn nothing on your own purchase, or on a purchase that you pay for or fund for another person.
• One person can have one affiliate account.

You turn on your link yourself on the course site. You sign in, open Affiliates in the menu and turn it on.

There is no registration on twsgurukulx.com and we do not ask for your PAN. The course site has its own terms for its Affiliates feature. They apply to you as well.

A sale is a purchase of a listed course through your link that we have been paid for in full. A kept sale is a sale that has passed its hold and was not refunded. We count only kept sales for milestone rewards and the Partner rate. The hold is the refund window plus time to process it:

• Crypto Mastery: 21 days
• Footprint Mastery: 21 days
• The Playbook: 45 days
• Stock Market Essentials: 21 days

A refunded sale or a charged back sale earns nothing and does not count toward a milestone. If we already gave you a reward that counted such a sale, we take that amount from your next reward. If there is no next reward, you repay the amount within 30 days of our request.

• The course site pays your commission to you directly, on its own schedule, to the bank details you gave it.
• Trading With Sidhant LLP does not pay commission and cannot change the course site’s schedule.
• The course site records your sales. If you think the record is wrong, write to us and we will check it.

The course site handles the tax deductions on your commission. You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not give tax advice.

These rewards count kept sales only. You can earn each reward once. We pay these rewards, not the course site.

• 3 kept sales: The Playbook or Stock Market Essentials free, for the one you do not own. If you own both, you get ₹2,500 in cash.
• 10 kept sales: ₹10,000 in cash, or Crypto Mastery free if you do not own it.
• 25 kept sales: the Partner rate (25% of what your friend paid, not counting GST) on every later sale, and a one-time ₹25,000 in cash.

To claim a reward, message us on WhatsApp. We check your kept sales on the course site, then we send the reward. The Partner rate works the same way: The course site pays its normal rate, and we pay you the difference between the Partner rate and that rate, on the kept sales you claim.

A course reward is course access, not cash. Cash is paid only where this section says cash. Where the law requires us to deduct tax from a reward, we do so, and we may ask you for the details we need.

You may tell people about the course and share your link. You promote the course. You never give advice.

• Start every post with “Ad:” and one plain line that says you earn a commission. This must be on the post itself, not only in a bio or a comment.
• Every Crypto Mastery post must also carry this exact text: “Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.”
• Every post with a link must carry the Ad line and the line “Education only. Not investment advice.”
• In a live stream, the Ad label must stay on screen the whole time.
• Say only what is true about the course. Use the facts on our sales pages.

A sale that comes from a post that breaks section 8 or section 9 earns nothing.

You must never:

• Claim any profit, income or returns, for yourself or for anyone else
• Post P&L screenshots, or say things like “my students made Rs X”
• Give buy or sell calls, targets or stop losses
• Name a stock or an index, with price data from the last 30 days, in a way that hints at its future price
• Spam people, or send messages to people who did not ask
• Use fake urgency, such as false deadlines or false limits
• Push loans or credit, or press anyone to borrow money to buy
• Run paid ads of any kind, for now
• Bid on our names or brands in search ads
• Use coupon sites or deal sites
• Write fake reviews
• Pretend to be TWS or a member of our team
• Target people under 18
• Use the Hitpoint Live name, or promote in Hitpoint groups
• Say or hint that TWS is SEBI registered or approved

If you break a rule for the first time and the break is minor, we do not count the sales linked to the post that broke the rule, and we ask you to remove the post within 24 hours. If a break is serious or repeated, we keep all your unclaimed rewards. We may also switch off your link.

We may change, pause or end the program, or end any affiliate account, at any time. For a rate change, we give 30 days notice on twsgurukulx.com/affiliates, except where a law or a regulator requires a faster change. A sale made before a change keeps the old rate.

You can stop at any time. Kept sales you earned under these terms still count for rewards, unless you broke a rule.

We do not collect your PAN or bank details for this program. The course site holds the details it needs to pay your commission.

When you claim a reward on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp number and the name on your account. We use this only to check your sales on the course site and to send your reward. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

You are not our employee, agent or partner. You cannot make promises for TWS or speak for us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading With Sidhant LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the rewards due to you and not yet paid.

You cover our losses, fines and reasonable legal costs that are caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.

These terms follow the laws of India. We first try to settle a dispute by talking. If it is not settled in 30 days, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Our main Terms & Conditions also apply.
